Mobile Messaging Terms

These Mobile Messaging Terms govern the Nordweg US Texts program, referred to below as the "Program." The Program is operated by Gaelzer LLC under the Nordweg US brand. These terms supplement the Nordweg US Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program description

Nordweg US Texts provides recurring promotional and personalized marketing messages about Nordweg US products, select restocks, and occasional offers. Messages may be delivered using SMS, MMS, or RCS technology.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Nordweg US at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms apply.

How to unsubscribe

Reply STOP to any Program message to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, Nordweg US may send one confirmation message. No further Program marketing messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to your wireless service and network availability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number

You confirm that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your mobile number changes, reply STOP before discontinuing use of the number or contact support@nordweg.com.

Privacy

Nordweg US handles Program information as described in the Nordweg US Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile number, mobile opt-in information, or SMS, MMS, or RCS consent data. We do not share this information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes. We may disclose it to service providers that help us operate the Program, but only to perform services on our behalf and subject to confidentiality and use restrictions, or when required by law.

Changes

We may update these Mobile Messaging Terms to reflect changes to the Program, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the date above.
