How long does shipping take?
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouses. Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days. Exact shipping options and delivery estimates for your area will be shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.
What's your return policy?
30 days to decide, free return shipping in the US, and refunds within 3 business days of us receiving your package. Start your return from your account at nordweg.us/account in under a minute. Items should be in good condition with original packaging when possible. Items marked "Final Sale" or personalized pieces are not eligible unless defective.
What does the warranty cover?
Backpacks, briefcases, messenger bags, weekenders, and travel bags are covered for 2 years from purchase. Wallets and accessories are covered for 180 days. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Where are your products made?
Every product is made in our family workshop in Picada Café, a small town in the mountains of southern Brazil.
Our parents built the workshop more than 35 years ago, and the second generation runs it today. Material grades and supplier certifications vary by product and production run. Check the product page for the current material specification, or contact us if a documented certification is important to your purchase.
